Rates 

All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The tourist tax of 0,88 € per night per person is to be added to these rates. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, AmericanExpress. Any expense, not included in a package, is extra and therefore to be charged. Services booked must be paid for according to applicable rates, without discount or refund, even if not entirely used by the guest(s).

Arrival and stay

The number of guests should not exceed 12 people. The Lodge is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to check out by 11am local time will be charged an additional fee equivalent to the rate of an extra night. Please treat the Lodge and its contents with care and respect. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to our property (including the Lodge) for any unusual cleaning required and to require payment of any such charge before your departure from the Lodge. Smoking is not permitted inside the Lodge.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of reservation must be made through proper cancellation letter. If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the total rental amount will be charged (in other words: deposit will not be reimbursed). If a reservation is cancelled within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival date, 40% of the total rental amount will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than 72h before arrival, or interrupted, the total rental amount will be charged without any refund.
