Rates 

All prices include VAT, but exclude the tourist tax of €0.65 per night and per person.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express.
Any additional expenses must be paid on site before departure. Unused services will not be refunded.
do not give rise to a reduction, deduction or refund.

Arrival and stay

On the day of arrival, the SHL Lodge is available from 5pm. It must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Any overtime will be charged as an extra night.
Please treat the villa and its furnishings with respect. We reserve the right to charge
any damage done and any unusual cleaning costs.
Smoking is not allowed in the SHL Lodge.

Booking and payment

The reservation will be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the stay.
Full payment must be made no later than 60 days before arrival at the SHL Lodge.
In case of reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, full payment will guarantee the reservation.
A deposit of €10,000 must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing.
For cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be retained.
If the stay is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 40% of the rental amount will be retained.
If the stay is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rental amount will be retained.
If the stay is cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, 70% of the rental amount will be retained.
In case of interruption of the stay or no-show, the full amount of the rental will be retained.
